General Promotion Terms and Conditions

These General Terms & Conditions apply to all promotional offers made available through the AhaPay App unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion details.

1. Each promotion is subject to its own eligibility criteria, promotion period, participating merchants, redemption limits and reward details as specified in the applicable promotion information.

2. In the event of any inconsistency between these General Terms & Conditions and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail to the extent of such inconsistency.

3. Users must satisfy all applicable eligibility requirements to participate in or redeem any promotion.

4. Only transactions that satisfy the applicable promotion criteria, are successfully completed and are not cancelled, refunded, reversed or disputed shall constitute an Eligible Transaction.

5. Unless otherwise specified, each eligible user may redeem a promotion only once.

6. Users must maintain an active AhaPay account in good standing throughout the promotion period and until any promotional benefit has been awarded.

7. Promotional benefits are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be substituted or redeemed for cash or any other form of credit unless otherwise stated.

8. Promotional benefits may be subject to limited redemption quotas and are available on a first come, first served basis while quotas remain available.

9. Promotions cannot be combined with any other promotional offer unless expressly stated.

10. Cancelled, refunded, reversed, disputed or fraudulent transactions are not eligible for any promotional benefit.

11. The Platform reserves the right to verify user eligibility, transaction details and compliance with these Terms & Conditions before granting or maintaining any promotional benefit.

12. Any abuse, manipulation, fraudulent activity, creation of multiple accounts or conduct intended to circumvent these Terms & Conditions may result in disqualification and forfeiture or recovery of any promotional benefit.

13. Where any promotional benefit has been awarded as a result of an ineligible transaction, system error, fraud, abuse or breach of these Terms & Conditions, the Platform reserves the right to reverse, cancel or recover such promotional benefit.

14. Unless otherwise specified, promotional rewards will be credited within the timeline stated in the applicable promotion details.

15. The Platform shall not be responsible for any failure to participate in a promotion due to scheduled maintenance, technical malfunction, network interruption, device incompatibility or circumstances beyond the Platform's reasonable control.

16. In the event of any error, omission, misprint or incorrect information relating to a promotion, the Platform reserves the right to correct such error and determine the appropriate outcome, subject to applicable laws.

17. The Platform is not responsible for the quality, availability, fulfilment or performance of any goods or services provided by participating merchants. Any dispute relating to such goods or services shall be resolved directly between the user and the participating merchant.

18. Participation in any promotion must comply with all applicable laws and regulatory requirements. The Platform reserves the right to reject or disqualify any participation that does not comply with applicable legal or regulatory requirements.

19. Any taxes, duties or other governmental charges arising from the receipt or use of any promotional benefit shall be the sole responsibility of the user where applicable.

20. The Platform shall not be liable for any delay, suspension or cancellation of a promotion arising from events beyond its reasonable control.

21. The Platform reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate any promotion or these General Terms & Conditions at any time, subject to applicable laws.

22. The Platform's decision on all matters relating to any promotion shall be final and binding, provided such decision is made fairly and in accordance with applicable laws.

23. Additional terms imposed by participating merchants may apply where relevant.

24. By participating in any promotion, the user agrees to be bound by these General Terms & Conditions together with the specific terms applicable to the relevant promotion.
